Location: Houston, TX 77074

Position: File Auditor
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Pay Range: $18 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time: 40 hours per week

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality home renovation services, and we’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position with a focus on supporting our operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must speak spanish fluently
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Office Administrator.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Google Suite.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and financial management.
  • Must be very detail-oriented and organized.
  • Knowledge of finance, especially in relation to managing and applying for funding.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage invoices and checks, ensuring proper documentation and timely payments.
  • Closing Files: Review completed job files, ensuring all documents and expenses are accounted for and accurate.
  • QuickBooks Management: Keep QuickBooks updated with accurate transaction information.
  • Daily Administrative Tasks: Create documents, letters, and emails as needed to support daily operations.
  • Bank Account Audits: Check the company’s bank account daily to audit transactions and ensure all finances are in order.
  • Funding Management: Apply for customer financing and request funding from finance companies, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Google Suite Proficiency: Use Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and other Google Suite tools to organize documents and collaborate with the team.
  • Communication: Use WhatsApp for communication as required.
  • General Office Support: Assist with various administrative tasks and provide support as needed.
