We are committed to sustainability and responsible business practices, and we are seeking an experienced Auditor Team Leader to join our international and dynamic team. Job Description Drive people and programmes performances via the implementation and monitoring of selected impactful KPIs. Participate in the selection and assessment of team members based on both technical skills and personality. Conduct training to ensure all auditors are fully qualified; participate in the development and implementation of SOPs. Ensure we have the expertise, processes and systems in place to address our client needs under your scope and to comply with the main schemes’ requirements (APSCA, amfori BSCI, Sedex, etc). Investigate internal and external claims within the team, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Work in close relationship with our Front-End team to ensure adequacy of expertise and training resources for our auditors. Act as the link between the Back Office and auditors, facilitating effective two-way communication, and promoting QIMA’s values and spirit in the field. Ensure that auditor allocation is balanced and that we have the right expertise in the right places. Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams in pre-audit enquiry, joining client meeting and represent QIMA Audit Team on all audit program & project in the Greater Asia region. Convey a culture of integrity and transparency within your teams and toward any other departments you will be in relationship with. Qualifications In order to succeed in this role, you should have: 5+ years in auditing/quality control, with experience in a team leadership role. Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QMS, compliance frameworks, and factory audit processes. Proven experience in supplier audits, corrective action follow-up, and risk assessment. Leadership capability with strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills. Proven capability to trouble shoot operational issues and implement solutions.
