As Augmentation Segmentation Specialist (m/f/d), you will design, implement, and optimize marketing automation strategies to enhance customer engagement and deliver measurable results. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless execution. We value candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to innovate in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and integration with marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
