Description
Assist in the production of daily, weekly, and monthly AUM and flow reports across key business dimensions. Perform initial data checks and coordinate with senior team members to resolve discrepancies. Support responses to internal inquiries related to AUM and flows. Execute standard data validation and reconciliation processes. Contribute to the testing and rollout of automated workflows and reporting tools. Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Assist in preparing materials and insights for business stakeholders. 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting, data analysis, or asset management operations. Familiarity with AUM and flow concepts and investment product structures. Proficiency in Excel; exposure to SQL, Alteryx, or BI tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn. Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $80,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
