Du lernst bei uns alle Produktionsschritte kennen: Aufbereitung von Rohstoffen wie Ton und Kaolin, Herstellung von Glasuren und Gießen von Arbeitsformen, Formgebung mit modernen Maschinen, Trocknen, Glasieren, Brennen und Endbearbeitung der Produkte, Qualitätssicherung und Fehleranalyse. Dabei arbeitest du mit modernen Verfahren und Automatisierungssystemen und bekommst tiefe Einblicke in die gesamte Produktionskette. Praxis + Theorie = dein Erfolg In der Berufsschule im Blockunterricht lernst du alles über die Herstellung von Keramikprodukten, Berechnung von Mischverhältnissen, thermische Prozesse und den Einsatz moderner Technik. Responsibilities

The apprentice will learn all stages of ceramic production, including raw material preparation, molding, glazing, and firing. They will also be responsible for quality assurance and error analysis using modern automation systems.
