Systemaufbau und Montage: Du fertigst einzelne Komponenten an und montierst mechanische, elektrische sowie elektronische Bauteile zu komplexen mechatronischen Systemen und (elektro-) pneumatischen Schaltungen. Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme: Du installierst die notwendige Software, programmierst die fertigen Anlagen und nimmst diese nach einer sorgfältigen Prüfung eigenverantwortlich in Betrieb. Steuerungstechnik und Planung: Du planst deine Arbeitsaufgaben eigenständig und kümmerst dich um den Aufbau sowie die Funktionsprüfung komplexer Steuerungseinheiten. Instandhaltung und Reparatur: Du übernimmst die Wartung und Reparatur der Produktionsanlagen und suchst systematisch Fehler, um Störungen schnell und nachhaltig zu beheben. Optimierung und Umrüstung: Du hältst die Technik auf dem neuesten Stand, indem du bestehende Maschinen umrüstest, erweiterst oder veraltete Baugruppen fachgerecht austauschst. Responsibilities

The role involves assembling complex mechatronic systems and programming and commissioning production equipment. Additionally, the apprentice will handle the maintenance, repair, and technical optimization of existing machinery.
