Als Produktionsfachkraft Chemie (m/w/*) am Standort Kempten startest Du in eine praxisorientierte, abwechslungsreiche Ausbildung, in der Du Deine Fähigkeiten Schritt für Schritt aufbauen und weiterentwickeln kannst. In Deiner Ausbildung lernst Du, chemische Produktionsanlagen sicher zu bedienen, zu überwachen und zu steuern. Dabei stellst Du Produkte nach festen Rezepturen her, führst Mess‑ und Qualitätskontrollen durch, gehst verantwortungsvoll mit Roh‑ und Gefahrstoffen um und hältst sämtliche Sicherheits‑ und Umweltstandards ein. Zudem eignest Du Dir Grundlagen in Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik und Anlagentechnik an und lernst, Störungen zu erkennen sowie einfache Wartungsarbeiten durchzuführen. Langjährige Ausbilderinnen und Ausbilder begleiten Dich individuell, fördern Deine Stärken und unterstützen Dich beim Aufbau Deiner beruflichen Zukunft.
