Du lernst unterschiedliche betriebswirtschaftliche Abläufe kennen und qualifizierst dich für anspruchsvolle kaufmännische Aufgaben. Die Ausbildung beginnt am 01.08.2026 und dauert 3 Jahre. Main Responsibilities & Tasks: Gain experience within different departments based on a prepared training plan to learn as much as possible about activities and processes in different company functions Take over defined responsibilities in the defined departments to understand what the main tasks and responsibilities of the different departments are Attend college to get a sound theoretical background in the particular field Prepare for school tests and exams Attend intermediate examinations to review learning progress Qualification & Skills: Graduation from Middle school Good standard of education Strong interest in commercial topics Ability to work in teams effectively Effective communication skills Good command in Mathematics, English and local language, e.g. German
