Our client is a leading global provider of cutting-edge cash management solutions, combining innovative hardware with advanced software to revolutionize cash management systems. They are on a mission to transform the self-service experience for both consumers and employees across industries like retail, transportation, financial services, vending, cash centers.
As they build a BRAND NEW service team, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their dynamic team.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical role.
  • Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays as needed.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment at customer locations. You will blend technical expertise with problem-solving skills and provide excellent customer service. Your work will ensure that all systems and equipment function optimally, allowing clients to benefit from our innovative solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs on equipment to ensure peak performance.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using analytical skills and specialized tools.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers for effective use of equipment.
  • Maintain detailed records of service reports and work performed.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through reliability and expertise.
