As an Aussie Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them take the next step toward buying, investing, or refinancing. In this role, you will: Speak with customers to understand their needs and determine how we can help. Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book pre-qualified appointments into brokers’ calendars. Identify opportunities for customers to refinance, purchase property, or explore lending options. Encourage customers to engage with our online platform, streamlining their loan process before their broker appointment. Qualifications WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR To achieve success in this role, you will require: Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people. Sales, retail, customer service, or call centre experience (preferred but not essential). A keen interest in property, finance, or mortgage broking.
