Manage and coordinate the work of multiple staff and subconsultants. Serve as lead designer for projects with a high level of design complexity. Some job duties can be performed from home. Requirements US or foreign registration / licensure as an architect OR certificate in Urban Design. 1 year of experience working for or with government agencies. 1 year of experience working on streetscape projects. 4 years of experience with AutoCAD, Sketchup, and InDesign. 4 years of experience with Construction documents and site analysis. 4 years of experience with managing projects and tasks to a budget.

Responsibilities

The Office Director will manage multiple projects, including large and complex ones involving unique urban design challenges, multiple subconsultants, large budgets, and parallel work tracks. This role also involves serving as the lead designer for projects requiring a high level of design complexity.
