The Australia Area Sales Manager – Industrial Markets is responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets through strategy deployment, tactical execution and sales team activity. This role leads, mentors, and develops the sales and support team members, ensuring performance accountability and continuous improvement. Additionally, the ASM gathers market intelligence, monitors competition and regulatory trends, and manages a team of 5 to optimize market coverage. Financial responsibilities include budgeting, performance tracking, forecasting and implementing corrective actions to meet business objectives. Strong customer and team relationship management is essential, with a focus on exceeding expectations, and aligning sales and marketing efforts to maximize impact.
This role is part of the Sales Management Department in Australia, with flexibility on location.
