SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in residential property development, acquisitions, or construction in Australia.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian residential market and planning systems.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing property transactions.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously, build networks, and execute market entry initiatives.
  • Experience establishing or scaling a development business is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Australian Expansion Manager will be responsible for leading and executing Wolfbrook’s strategic entry into the Australian residential development sector. This role will focus on identifying viable development opportunities, building local partnerships, managing regulatory pathways, and establishing the operational foundations for growth across selected Australian cities.
