Description

The temple operations specialist supports area managers as a subject matter expert in temple operational areas, such as the office, laundry, and housing. This involves advising on decisions regarding policies and procedures with multiple stakeholders, delivering standard training curriculums and participating in the global temple operations support council. Due to varying customs and legal requirements, the specialist must frequently exercise independent judgment, creativity, and critical decision-making. This role requires unsupervised travel to a significant number of new and operating temples within a large geographical area. This position typically reports to the Manager, Temple Operations Support. This role will be primarily responsible for supporting temple offices and housing facilities in the Asia/Pacific region and other areas according to operational need and team workload balance.
