We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist who knows the ins and outs of Australian payroll and is ready to take their expertise to the next level — all while working from the Philippines, on a friendly day shift schedule aligned with Australia. This is a Full Time position for a full 5-day day shift working arrangement from 6.30am - 3.30am PH Time As part of our international payroll team, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely payroll for our Australian clients while providing excellent client service. You’ll collaborate with our payroll partners and ensure compliance with all local regulations and security standards. Your day-to-day will include Processing and reviewing payroll for Australian businesses with 100% accuracy. Preparing payroll reports and ensuring timely submission. Assisting clients with payroll queries, adjustments, and compliance issues. Working closely with payroll partners and clients to ensure a seamless payroll experience. Building long-term relationships with clients and becoming their trusted payroll advisor. Identifying and reporting any risks, errors, or compliance concerns related to payroll processing. Following information security guidelines to protect sensitive payroll data. Who you are To thrive at Employment Hero, you’ll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you’ll also bring 1-4 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance. Hands-on experience with Australian payroll (this is a must-have). Familiarity with Fair Work, superannuation, tax, and other Australian payroll regulations. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to 100% accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service mindset — you’re approachable, helpful, and solutions-oriented. Proficient in Excel and able to work with payroll data confidently. Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first, global environment. Open to continuous learning and professional development.
