Whether you are an experienced mixologist, or have worked in a fine dining restaurant, we are looking for experienced Front of House team members to deliver our Premium Space offers across the AO Precinct in the following roles:

  • Bar Attendant
  • Mixologist
  • Food & Beverage Attendants
  • Suite/Box Waiting Staff
  • Restaurant Food Runners
  • Restaurant Section Waiters

SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE INVITED TO ATTEND IN-PERSON GROUP INTERVIEW SESSIONS AT MELBOURNE PARK THROUGHOUT AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER 2025. THESE SESSIONS ARE ENERGETIC, INFORMATIVE AND A GREAT WAY FOR US TO MEET YOU – AND FOR YOU TO GET TO KNOW US!

All Australian Open roles are casual contracts that will commence Monday 6th October unless otherwise communicated. Shifts may be rostered across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays and paid in accordance with the Hospitality Industry Award. All onboarding and training will be provided prior to commencement.
