The coordinator will play a vital role across the complete employee journey supporting recruitment, retention, and high-volume scheduling for the Australian Open operation.

• Support the Levy Australian Open people strategy by attracting and retaining a diverse pool of employees.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, HR Managers, and the AO project team to understand business needs and candidate profiles.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage high-volume scheduling of interviews and candidate assessments, ensuring efficiency and timely communication with all parties.
• Work alongside People Operations and Workforce teams to ensure smooth workforce planning and scheduling for the AO operations.
• Assist in ongoing training initiatives, including open days, site-based training & assessments, and cross-skilling for various AO department streams.
