What You’ll Do The Events & Experiences - Entertainment Fall Intern (September-December) Intern will learn all of the ins and outs of our events & experiences business. You will report directly to our EVP, Entertainment & Special Projects and work closely with our Authentic Experiences team. The Authentic Experiences team leads the ideation, creation and production of Authentic branded experiences and platforms. The team also plans and executes flawless brand-centric marketing production initiatives that drive awareness, relevance and engagement. If you are willing to roll up your sleeves and learn all facets of our business, we want to meet you! What you’ll be working on Generate leads for Sponsorship and Hospitality across all of our global experiences Build prospect lists Draft emails and execute cold outreach for Sponsorship and Hospitality Assist the team with planning immersive experiences Learn how to draft proposals for event Sponsorship Must Haves Currently enrolled university student. Able to work up to 20 hours per week Able to work onsite in our NYC office Willingness to get your hands dirty and make things happen. Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortability in a high-paced, collaborative environment Detail oriented Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and G Suite Process-driven and constantly looking for ways to streamline and simplify complex tasks Primary Location Salary Range: The hourly rate for an undergraduate student intern in New York, NY, is $15. The hourly rate for a graduate student intern in New York, NY, is $20.
