You’ll guide them through their publishing journey, helping them hit milestones, launch with excellence, and build momentum for years to come. If you’re passionate about personal growth, love cheering people on, and believe that best is the standard, you’ll fit right in here. 💪 What You’ll Do: Coach authors to success: Provide exceptional, high-quality coaching that helps authors achieve their goals and hit 10+ success checkpoints per month. Host launch calls (8+ per month): Guide authors through best-in-class book launches that drive visibility, impact, and profit. Be the bridge to results: Collaborate closely with our Coaching, Author Success, and Community teams to help authors publish, get noticed, and stay profitable. Continuously improve: Recommend curriculum updates, enhance our coaching program, and identify standout author stories to feature each quarter. Champion renewals: Help authors see such incredible results that they can’t wait to keep working with us. 🧭 Who You Are: A natural encourager who loves seeing others succeed.
