We are recruiting for Authorisation Caseworkers – Level 2 (internally known as Authorisation Officer - Level 2) on permanent and 12 month fixed term contract basis.
The Authorisation function of the SRA is one of the largest operational teams within the organisation. As an Authorisation Caseworker you will assist in delivering the team’s regulatory objectives and make sure that the associated processes meet the relevant service levels and key performance indicators.
You will make regulatory decisions on a full range of applications for firms and/or individuals that are entering the legal services market. Using our CRM system, you will also be comfortable working with data to ensure information platforms are efficient and kept up to date.
