• Executing monitoring, processing and updating the Authority Approvals for NOC’s Site Access/Work Permits
• Registrations and works with regulatory authorities to ensure that the required approvals are in place in a timely manner (DDA, DCD, DEWA, Nakheel, Trakhees, Emaar, JGE and other community etc)
• Developing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure all necessary permits are in place as required
• Supporting the Project Managers, Design Consultants and Contractors in resolving authority approval and permit interface issues as necessary together with the wider project team, develop systems to ensure that permits are current and valid for the activity being undertaken
• Creating undertaking letter’s and appointment letter
• Tracking and updating all expenses for NOC’s payment and etc
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in structural and landscape architecture.
• Coordination appropriate staff and department of document and plan submittal requirements for new projects

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in Interior fit out company a must; minimum experience of 4 years to 5 years as Authority Coordinator in UAE
• Flexible work schedules are a must
• BSC in Engineering
• Part of Society of Engineers UAE
• With Trakhees Green Card for Construction Materials and Quality Control (if applicable)
• With Trakhees Orange Card for Fresh Concrete Testing (if applicable)
• Detailed Oriented and Organized
• G+1 or G+12 Dubai License
• Must be based in UAE and can join immediately
• Updated CV is a must
• Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are desirable
