THE BEST COMBINATION OF EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND IS:

  • Master degree in a relevant engineering discipline;
  • 8+ years experience within a relevant workfield;
  • Hands-on experience in the industry;
  • Effective communication skills in English (mandatory) both verbally and in writing. Preferably command of the Dutch language;Experience in Renewable Processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading the team of Experts responsible for Authority Engineering with the main focus on Permitting, Authority Engineering and Quality assurance of existing assets as well as new projects;
  • Co-create personal development plants with direct reports and follow-up by coaching;
  • Prepare and develop quarterly/ yearly plans for the team and monitor progress;
  • Identify competence development needs and develop yearly training plan by learning needs analyses;
  • Develop work processes related to authority engineering and quality assurance in line with local, European legislation in line with corporate standards;
  • Ensure the installation and assets are compliant (related to permitting, legislation as well as quality) at all times related to the local and european legislation;
  • Ensure applicable certifications are timely validated, updated and approved by authorized body;
  • Accountable to approve on behalf of technical department for assigned documents i.e. but not limited to project scope documents, risk assessments, (permit) applications.
