The ASD consultant provides coaching, mentoring and guidance to staff, ASD Support Workers, Educational Staff and Community Partners. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Two years experience with children with abnormal/normal childhood development Two years experience working with children with ASD Education Masters degree in a Health Sciences Field Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training First Aid Certificate Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis Training in Autism Spectrum Disorder and treatment Training in normal and abnormal child development Current CPR certification Competencies Problem solving skills Collaborative skills Facilitation skills Leadership skills Supervisory skills Organizational skills Communication skills Knowledge and Abilities Creative problem solving in an open and resourceful manner Commitment to continued learning and professional development.
