Description The Calibration Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of vehicle calibration services for multiple collision centers. This role ensures calibration orders are accurately created, vehicles are transported efficiently, vendors are managed effectively, and all billing and invoicing is processed correctly. Due to increasing calibration volume and business growth, this position is critical in supporting operational efficiency, revenue accuracy, and customer satisfaction. What we offer: Full benefit package PTO Paid time off in the first year (12,16,20 days annually) 401k with Company match Essential Duties: · Create and track calibration orders across multiple collision centers · Schedule services and collect invoices from third-party calibration vendors · Coordinate transportation of vehicles between collision centers and calibration centers with towing service · Review and reconcile calibration invoices for accuracy · Communicate calibration status and timelines with staff and vendors · Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and vehicle movement · Identify and escalate scheduling, billing, or process issues Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience (automotive industry preferred) Strong verbal and written skills Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software (email, spreadsheets, order tracking systems) Ability to coordinate across multiple locations and work with external vendors Experience with invoicing, billing reconciliation, or vendor management PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
