Requirements: * Examine damaged vehicles and identify all related and non-related repairs within manufacturer recommendations and safety standards with technicians * Goal-Oriented individual * Verify accuracy of parts required to complete estimates as per Insurance and Manufacturer guidelines * Industry Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating software, Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite * Achieving and Maintaining existing I-Car status, ASE and other OEM Certification classes * Provide proper documentation and record-keeping for each repair order * Valid Florida Driver’s License, Background & Drug Screening Benefits: * 401k Available * Health, Dental and Life Insurance Benefits Available * Annual Holiday Bonus available based on performance * Sign on Bonuses & Relocation assistance available Job Type: Full-time/ Salary plus Commission Performance Based, $65,000- $85,000 We have invested in over 1.2 Million Dollars in the newest and latest equipment including 3 Dimensional Measuring Systems, Cellette and Car-O-Liner lifts for more efficient and repair accuracy.
