We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Auto Body Estimator to join our team and be the front-line connection between customers, insurance partners, and our production team. Responsibilities Write accurate and thorough repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.) Perform vehicle damage inspections and determine repair plans Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process Work directly with insurance adjusters to negotiate and finalize estimates Identify hidden damage and write supplements as needed Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure repairs are completed properly and on time Maintain organized repair files and documentation Ensure repairs meet safety, OEM, and quality standards Deliver excellent customer service from intake to delivery What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady workflow in a busy, well-established shop Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Modern equipment and systems A shop that values quality work and professionalism Requirements Prior experience as an auto body or collision repair estimator (preferred) Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and materials Experience with estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex) Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment Valid driver’s license
