QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical repairs in plain language
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Comfortable using estimating software and computer systems
  • Positive, team-first attitude
  • Prior estimating or collision repair experience preferred
  • Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus
