What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga You’ll carry out high‑quality vehicle servicing, repairs and inspections that support the AA’s goal of delivering trusted, reliable automotive care. You’ll diagnose issues, complete accurate reports, communicate clearly with customers, and ensure every interaction meets our service standards. You’ll also promote relevant AA products, stay up to date with new technology and processes, and continue developing your skills as part of a supportive, professional workshop team. You will: Deliver vehicle servicing, repairs and inspections to AA quality and safety standards. Keep customers informed about issues, required work and timeframes. Provide excellent customer service in all interactions. Recommend AA products and services that meet customer needs. Expand your technical knowledge and develop new skills as part of your growth. About You | Mōu You’re an experienced automotive technician who takes pride in delivering quality work and clear communication. Confident across servicing, repairs and inspections, you bring a strong customer focus and a professional, safety‑minded approach to your day‑to‑day work. You will bring: A relevant Automotive Trade Qualification. Minimum three years’ recent experience in the automotive industry. WOF authority preferred; COF‑A would be a bonus. A clean Full New Zealand Driver Licence. Ability to service, repair and inspect a wide range of passenger and light vehicles. Strong understanding of customer service principles and good communication skills.
