AUTO CLAIMS SPECIALIST (IN-HOUSE) - WOOD DALE, IL (ON-SITE)

We’re proud to be known for our reliability, innovation, and strong industry presence. Right now, we’re looking for a full-time In-House Auto Claims Specialist to join our team in Wood Dale, IL.
This is not a field position—you’ll be working from the office, handling internal claims, reviewing damage assessments, and ensuring repair estimates are accurate and cost-effective.

• Reviewing damage estimates submitted by repair shops
• Making sure all estimates follow company policies and state regulations
• Double-checking repair costs and negotiating when needed
• Handling total loss evaluations and any additional estimate updates
• Keeping all claim details organized in our claims system
• Supporting the rest of the claims team with your technical knowledge
• Communicating with vendors, claimants, and other departments to solve issues quickly
