ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

StreetXtreme Automotive Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Agent. We are a fast-paced, family-oriented environment looking for someone reliable, organized, and eager to take ownership of a wide variety of tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college diploma an asset)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or dealership experience (licensing and inventory experience preferred)
  • Strong data entry, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with computers, mobile apps, and office software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is required
  • Social media management experience is an asset
  • Property management admin experience is a strong bonus
  • Must hold a valid full Class “G” driver’s license (required for licensing vehicles and picking up cars)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Perform licensing of vehicles at the Ministry of Transportation
  • Manage and update vehicle inventory records
  • Handle data entry, paperwork, and expense tracking
  • Assist with social media posting and content management
  • Provide administrative support across dealership operations
  • Communicate with customers, lenders, and vendors via phone, email, and in person
  • Assist with property management administration (scheduling, vendor coordination, etc.) as required
  • Take initiative to solve problems and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
