Exciting Opportunity: Join Ali & Sons as an Auto Denter Are you a skilled automotive body repair professional with a passion for restoring vehicles to their original condition? Do you take pride in precision workmanship and delivering high-quality repairs? Join the Ali & Sons Group as an Auto Denter, where you'll play a vital role in repairing damaged vehicle bodies, restoring structural integrity, and ensuring customers receive vehicles that meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: • Remove upholstery, trims, accessories, and electrical or hydraulic components to gain access to damaged vehicle areas. • Realign vehicle chassis and body frames using specialized alignment machines and measuring systems. • Remove and replace damaged fenders, panels, grills, and body components using appropriate tools and repair techniques. • Repair dents and damaged panels using professional panel beating and dent removal equipment. • Straighten heavily damaged vehicles using hydraulic and mechanical repair systems. • Cut, join, weld, and fit replacement sections and body panels as required. • Reassemble and refit vehicle body hardware, including locks, trims, and related components. • Ensure all repairs are completed in accordance with quality, safety, and manufacturer standards. • Support the Body Shop team and perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader, Body Shop Supervisor, or Foreman. Role Purpose: To repair and restore damaged vehicle bodies and components efficiently and professionally, ensuring vehicles are returned to customers in excellent condition while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and quality. What We're Looking For: • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive body repair and denting. • Education: High School Certificate or Industrial Diploma. • Languages: Fluency in English is required. • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques, chassis alignment, welding, panel replacement, and dent removal processes. • Personal Attributes: Team player with strong accountability, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and commitment to quality workmanship.
