You'll perform detailed inspections, wash, buff, and wax exteriors, deep clean interiors, and ensure every vehicle meets our high-quality standards before it's returned to the customer or placed on the lot. Who You Are: A reliable, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering top-quality results Able to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency Looking to grow your career in the automotive industry Prior detailing experience preferred, but not required What You'll Do: Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles inside and out Buff, wax, vacuum, steam clean, and deodorize vehicles Clean and protect interior surfaces and engine compartments Conduct quality checks to ensure vehicles meet dealership standards Assist with vehicle prep for customer delivery and lot display Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license with a favorable driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen Authorized to work in the United States Who We Are: Vista Ford- Toyota, a Summit Automotive company, is built upon a different way of thinking.
