Our ConsMin Australian operation (Woodie Woodie) is based in the WA Pilbara, 407kms south-east of Port Hedland. JOB DESCRIPTION

• State of the art workshop facilities - built for purpose
• Tooling replacement program
• New Fleet of Cat: 6020B, D10T, 16M & 777G
• Privately owned manganese producer – Life of mine 8+ years /Long life expectancy
• Permanent Fulltime Position, on a FIFO 2:1 roster – 12-hour shifts/ Super paid on all hours

Reporting to the Supervisor Mobile Maintenance, the successful applicant will be required to:

• Maintain company Mining Fleet which consists of predominantly Cat, Hitachi and Komatsu equipment i.e. Komatsu PC 2000, PC1250 Excavators, Cat 980H, 988H, 992K & 988K Loaders, Cat 16M Graders, Cat D10t & 854K Dozers, Cat Haulmax 39000E, 777F/G Dump Trucks & 777F Water Carts;
• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs;
• Installation of component;
• Have extensive industry air conditioning experience with good diagnosis skills;
• Conducting workshop maintenance and maintaining high housekeeping standards in work areas.

THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE ESSENTIAL:

• Cert III Auto Electrician trade -Heavy (Australia recognised);
• Current Air Conditioning licence;
• Extensive product knowledge on CAT & Komatsu equipment;
• Experience in performing auto electrical and air condition repairs on mining equipment
• Strong commitment to following health, safety and environment policies and procedures;
• Possess a valid ‘C’ Class drivers licence;
• National Police Clearance
• Excellent organisational and communication skills;
  Applicants must be able to pass a full pre-employment medical, provide a clean NPC (dated within the last 6 months (or able to obtain) and provide valid references.
