Perform battery diagnostics and replacement for EV and hybrid vehicles.
Work with high-voltage (HV) systems safely, including battery disconnection and isolation procedures.
Use specialized diagnostic tools and software to identify issues in electric drive systems, inverters, and controllers.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of EV electrical components.
Keep accurate service and repair records using workshop management software.
Provide technical support and guidance to other technicians and apprentices.
Stay updated with new technologies and procedures in the EV and hybrid automotive industry.
