DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE: Luther Collision and Glass is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Auto Glass - CSR. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our auto glass services. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist customers with scheduling appointments for auto glass repair or replacement. * Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services. * Collaborate with the auto glass technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs or installations. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. * Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience in an auto glass customer service role is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Proficiency in using computer systems and software. * Valid driver's license.
