JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Glass Customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive glass systems and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as an Automotive Glass Technician or in a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive glass types, installation techniques, and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform precise measurements and cuts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.

• Perform installations and repairs of various types of automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows.
• Assess damage to glass and determine the appropriate repair or replacement methods.
• Use specialized tools and equipment to safely remove and install glass components.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding services performed.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
• Ability to make invoices and book appointments, ability to attract more businiess.
