As our business grows, we’re looking for an experienced Red Seal Certified Auto Glass Technician to join our team and help us raise the bar even higher.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Red Seal Certification – Auto Glass
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in auto glass repair and replacement
  • Deep understanding of ICBC Glass Express procedures and billing
  • Proficient with adhesives (Sika, Dow, etc.) and professional-grade tools
  • Experience with all vehicle types: sedans, trucks, SUVs, commercial, luxury
  • Valid BC Class 5 License with clean abstract
  • Strong time management and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working solo or in a fast-paced team environment
  • Willingness to support rotating mobile service shifts

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As our Lead Technician, you’ll be responsible for handling full auto glass replacements, chip repairs, ADAS calibrations, and mobile service requests. You’ll also manage ICBC claims from start to finish with confidence and accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform glass replacements (windshield, door, back, quarter, sunroof)
  • Conduct rock chip repairs to ICBC standards
  • Complete recalibrations for ADAS when required
  • Accurately manage ICBC Glass Express documentation and authorizations
  • Provide mobile service in Burnaby and surrounding areas (vehicle provided if needed)
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding the process, safety, and aftercare
  • Ensure all work meets OEM and industry safety standards
  • Mentor junior technicians or apprentices if applicable
