General Liability / Auto Attorney (Accidents) – Remote work! – NY / NJ - 130k to 180k Founded in the 1980s, we have built a strong civil litigation practice, securing hundreds of defense verdicts and arbitration awards. With over 45 attorneys and offices in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey, we defend a wide range of matters, including liability, toxic tort, products liability, coverage disputes, and healthcare fraud. We are currently seeking: Auto Bodily Injury Litigation General Liability Job duties: Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other case related documents Communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel Identify, research, and analyze legal issues and conflicting legal opinions Take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions Attend in-person and virtual court appearances Required: · Recent experience with automotive bodily injury or general liability cases
