EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Mechanic is required; dealership experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques is essential.
  • Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and troubleshooting methods is advantageous.
  • Experience working with GM vehicles is a plus.
  • Knowledge of welding techniques and auto body repair is beneficial.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various vehicle makes and models.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
  • Conduct maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Repair and replace faulty components in vehicles, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks.
  • Interpret schematics and technical manuals to aid in the repair process.
  • Work on diesel engine repairs and alignments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
