Job Title: Auto Mechanical Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Auto Mechanical Supervisor to oversee workshop operations in our multi-brand auto garage. The role requires strong technical knowledge in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, managing mechanics, ensuring timely job completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in automotive mechanical repairs, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong expertise in multi-brand vehicles (Japanese, European, American, and Korean).
• Proficiency in using modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the mechanical workshop.
• Assign repair and maintenance jobs to mechanics and monitor progress.
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues in multi-brand vehicles.
• Ensure all repairs and services are carried out as per manufacturer standards.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure quality workmanship and safety.
• Provide technical guidance and support to mechanics when required.
• Maintain job cards, repair estimates, and assist with insurance-related claims.
• Ensure availability and proper use of tools, diagnostic equipment, and consumables.
• Monitor workflow to meet delivery timelines and maintain workshop efficiency.
• Uphold health & safety regulations in the workshop.
• Address customer concerns and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Report daily workshop activities and performance to management.
