This position offers the opportunity to work independently while providing top-quality service directly at our clients' locations, ensuring convenience and satisfaction. Requirements Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and recalls on Ford vehicles at customer locations - Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and timelines. - Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used - Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications - Manage and operate mobile service equipment and tools efficiently - Provide excellent customer service, fostering positive relationships and trust. -Keep your Mobile Van neat and organized at all times.
