Description · Assist internal customers at our back counter in determining correct parts needed · Assist external customers at front counter in determining correct parts needed · Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials · Use database to locate or order parts · Process credit card transactions · Schedule appointments for install of special-order parts · Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information · Provide high level of service to internal and external customers · Maintain organization and a neat work environment ***Pay Based on Experience Requirements · Minimum 1 year experience preferred · Outstanding customer service and communication skills · Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment · Ability to effectively use a computer, email, and other internet based systems · Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment preferred · High school diploma or equivalent preferred · Ability to maintain regular attendance · Valid Driver's license and acceptable driving record · Must be eligible to work in the United States · Ability to lift up to 50lbs We are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
Responsibilities
