We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in retail sales or a dealership environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling practices is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience in sales management or marketing is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are highly valued, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels for automotive parts.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and specifications.
• Process sales transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Market parts and promotions effectively to boost sales within the dealership.
• Collaborate with sales management to optimize inventory turnover and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers and suppliers.
