JOB SUMMARY:

The Audi Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the parts department within an Audi dealership. This includes managing inventory, supervising parts staff, ensuring excellent customer service, working closely with the service department, and achieving sales and profitability goals. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of automotive parts operations, especially within the Audi/VAG (Volkswagen Auto Group) ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Audi parts department.
  • Maintain optimal parts inventory levels while minimizing obsolescence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the service and sales departments to ensure timely parts availability.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rate, inventory turns, and gross profit margins.
