Principals Only. Job Description ETA is looking to fill a full time position for a sales associate selling off-road parts, accessories, and services. Ideal position for a candidate in the automotive parts profession with a desire to transition to a specialized field. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team at the leading truck accessory shop in the Hampton Roads area. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Respond quickly and effectively to customers in the store and on the phone by providing product information and preparing quotes Periodically represent ETA at local tradeshows and community events Minimum 2 years experience and previous successful track record of inside sales of auto parts and services Excellent customer service skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask by prioritizing, managing multiple projects, and allocate time as required by business objectives Demonstrate initiative and work as a team in fast paced environment Stay current with market trends, product knowledge and vehicle details.
