CSN DS Automotive, part of the CSN Collision Centres network, is seeking an experienced Automotive Prepper/Painter to join our growing team in Winchester, Ontario. This is a full-time, permanent position offering team bonus pay, health & dental benefits, RRSP matching, and a supportive work environment. What You’ll Do

• prepare vehicles for painting (sanding, masking, taping, priming)
• Clean and degrease surfaces prior to paint application
• Work with painters and technicians to meet production schedules
• gradually move into refinish-based on skills and experience
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow safety procedures and shop protocols

Qualifications

3+ year experience in automotive refinishing or collision repair

• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow
• Knowledge of prepping and priming tools and techniques
• I-car courses and body/refinish licence preferred

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Occasional overtime based on workload

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
