In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of remote Remarketing employees that travel to various auction locations weekly to represent Wells Fargo
- Engage and monitor third party vendors and internal partners
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements, compliance, quality assurance, audit results and risk control
- Make decisions and resolve complex issues regarding compliance and quality assurance related to functions of Auto Remarketing
- Meet business objectives, interpret and develop business and strategic plans through relationship management on a national level
- Collaborate with and consult with peers, and managers
- Interact directly with internal and external customers
- Manage work distribution and financial resources for Auto Remarketing
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent for Auto Remarketing
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Auto Remarketing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing relationships with Auto auctions
- Knowledge and understanding of Auto remarketing policies, and procedures
- Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
- Leadership skills including coaching, training, and mentoring
- Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change
- Ability to identify risk exposures and propose solutions
- Solid conflict management and decision-making skills
- Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills
- Ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency
- Ability to track and report, help identify and streamline processes
- Experience dealing with escalated complaints
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
