JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive service, particularly with GM vehicles. This role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The Automotive Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing power tools and advanced diagnostic equipment to provide high-quality service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repair.
• Familiarity with GM vehicles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in using power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics related to automotive systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• A valid driver’s license is required; ASE certification is a plus but not mandatory.

• Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to perform repairs.
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals to understand vehicle systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs and recommendations clearly.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
