Description Receptionist Position Description: FULL TIME We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Sales Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering incoming calls, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, and ensuring the front reception area operates efficiently. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties: Welcome and greet customers promptly with a positive, professional attitude Direct customers to the appropriate sales consultant or department Answer and route incoming phone calls courteously and efficiently and communicate messages accurately Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone Maintain and organize vehicle key inventory and key management systems Scan, file, and organize documents and dealership paperwork Assist with administrative support for the sales department Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries Assist customers with general questions and provide basic dealership information Monitor showroom traffic and notify sales staff of arriving customers Perform data entry and other clerical duties with accuracy Support dealership events and promotions as requested Order and maintain office supplies for the reception area as needed Complete additional receptionist and administrative duties as assigned Working Conditions: Essential duties will be performed primarily indoors ABILITIES NEEDED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented High school diploma or equivalent Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and basic computer applications Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
