• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, text, and in-person
• Respond to leads promptly and follow up with attention to detail
• Learn and utilize CRM software and internal systems
• Stay current on vehicle features and inventory
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
